Synchronizing rhythm in sports skills is a simple way to combine physical fitness with sport-based skills in a manner that all children can be physically active as they develop and refine their sport related skills. Attendees will learn about and participate in rhythmic routines that help elementary and middle school students develop motor skills through the use of music, with emphasis on the rhythmical component in the execution of sport specific skills.
