All in Sync: Rhythm and Coordination Activities Using Racketballs
Saturday November 16, 2024 8:00am - 9:00am CST
Learn activities that require eye/hand coordination, cooperation and self-control. Challenge yourself in the most unique ways. The key is consistency and rhythm. The rhythmic pattern of "the bounce" eases stress and increases focus.

Activities are challenging for ALL ages.

Activities like downward juggling, puppet arms and group challenges are some of the students favorites. This is an excellent activity for small spaces, if you have lost your gym and are teaching in the hallway. We are learning by doing so wake up early and come downstairs at the lodge to find Marbella B!!
