About me
Ashley Scarlett is the founding Health & PE teacher for KCGPA, the first single gendered public school in KC. Our mission is to give our young black and brown girls a stage for their voice and a safe place to learn with an emphasis on feminism unapologetically. Prior to that, Ashley was at Center High School for 9 years where she taught, served as department chair, and coached swim/dive.
