About me
For the past two years, I've taught physical education courses like Fit for Life, Greyhound Fitness, and Strength Endurance at Clayton High School. I love helping students build strength, agility, and overall fitness. This year, I'm also serving as the strength and conditioning coach for all the athletic teams during after school training.
In addition, I work as an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri St. Louis.
Prior to joining the Clayton community, I spent 10 years as the Director of Sports Performance at UMSL. I designed customized programs to enhance athletes' speed, power, and conditioning. Tracking performance data and collaborating with coaches and trainers was central to my role.
Before my time at UMSL, I served in several roles at Belmont University including Head Strength & Conditioning Coach.
My passion is helping athletes reach their full potential in a safe, enjoyable environment. As a teacher, I love spreading my enthusiasm for health, fitness, and athletic performance. I feel so fortunate to work with Clayton's amazing students and coaches each day.
